Shipping
Merchandise
- We will use your shipping address that you provide. In the event it is incorrect, liability will be on the customer.
- If a package is returned, the customer will be charged to reship the package, unless it is a clear mistake on our part.
- We will generally ship within 1 business day of purchase, however, in some instances it may take up to 3 business days. (breaks differ, see below).
- Shipping specifics are calculated at checkout.
- Items valued over $500 may be sent with signature required.
- Shipping delays are extremely common! (Trust us, we have been shipping 100+ packages a week for the past few years). Once a package has been sent, we have no control over how long it may take.
Break Shipping
- (US Only) Free shipping once a week, USPS First Class, generally on Thursday/Friday. In the event you only have base cards, we may hold the shipment until you have a card in a top-loader to send with them.
- (International) Free shipping once per month, USPS First Class, first week of the month. In the event you only have base cards, we may hold the shipment until you have a card in a top-loader to send with them.
- For Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL, adding insurance or any other specific requests, please contact us via email bigbreaksbasketball@gmail.com and we can upgrade for a charge.
