Refunds

Break Refunds

  • Refunds for Breaks may ONLY be requested prior to a break starting. 
  • A request must be received a minimum of two (2) hours prior to the break. 
  • The request must be acknowledged by Big Breaks Sports Cards & Beast. 
  • If the refund request is received inside the 2 hour limit or if the request is not acknowledged, the customer will retain their break selection(s) and will receive all cards/items due.
  • If a break has already started there will be no refunds.

 Merchandise Refunds

  • Refunds can be requested at any time prior to shipping.
  • Once an item is shipped, no refunds will be given.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Returns: If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you an acknowledgment email and immediately cancel your order and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
